We do not sell, trade or rent our client’s names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers to other companies. The information we collect is used to notify you about current updates.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail or calling us. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us, e-mailing us, or writing to us. We will be sure your name is removed from our postal mailing list.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Arbor Elements will gladly accept the return of the item as long as it is new, unopened, or unused within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 614-207-1468, or email us at within 30-days.

All returns will be evaluated before refunds are given. If your return has been opened or is in a condition that makes it “unsellable as new” we cannot offer a refund for that product. No refund will be issued for used returns.

For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-5 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 614-207-1468


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to bringing you the best products at the best prices. Most of the products we carry are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. We will work diligently to help resolve any issues that may arise with your product. If your returned product is determined defective according to the manufacturer’s warranty, Arbor Elements will work to honor the warranty according to manufacturer’s guidelines.

If your item arrives damaged contact us with your order number and we'll assist you with exchanging your damaged item at no additional cost. 

If you receive the wrong Item, call or email us and we will make it right 

Shipping Information

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and your location. To get a shipping quote or place your order by phone, just give us a call 614-207-1468 and we will gladly calculate and quote the shipping charges for your order. When ordering online, your shipping estimate will be provided during checkout. You will have a chance to approve the shipping amount prior to placing your order

Shipping Time: We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. When ordering by phone, our sales staff will give an estimate on when you should receive your order. We usually ship by UPS or USPS. We also ship by truck freight. If you have a “RUSH” order give us a call and we will explain the possibilities. Any special shipping instructions such as AIR SHIPMENTS or extra services will be quoted at current rates.

Freight Shipments: Truck freight orders are quoted at current rates. Orders that contain both truck freight and regular items will also be quoted before the order is shipped. Please be prepared for “curbside” delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s). Customers who request any additional services are responsible for any additional cost or surcharge.
